Sarah Palin, Attention Whore

So that narcissistic attention whore Palin thinks she has the right to dine in New York City restaurants despite being unvaccinated putting others at health risk in the process. I am not sure anything better encapsulates right wing me me me America with its delusions and tenuous grasp on reality better than Palin's sense of smug, self righteous, and self centred sense of royal entitlement.
