If mostly Republican run states, you know the states run by the party of mostly White aging men, are so concerned about voter fraud why don't they spend tax payers money in order to bring all citizens to public offices where they can then provide them with acceptable ID cards so they can vote? Oh I get it. Voting is not a right for certain demographics that won't be voting for you in the Republican mind. This is what the party of Lincoln has become, a party that inhibits voting rather than one that expands it. They really are latter day Dixiecrats.
